Is there a design-build version of SelfConstruct?

Not as a separate product. Lintelwren Design-Build opens with the business type “Design-build (we design and build)”, so its menus are set for that trade. In a customer's company today, the menus are the same whatever the trade.

How are the design-build jobs in the demo billed?

Every one of Lintelwren Design-Build's jobs in the demo is a fixed-price job.
