Allowance math in the open

Each selection shows the allowance, what's been chosen, and what remains — live, as the client browses options. When they pick the slate over the porcelain, they see the difference before they commit, not on an invoice later.

Deadlines that protect the schedule

Selections carry need-by dates tied to the build. The dashboard surfaces what's undecided and aging, so the tile decision happens before the tile-setter is standing in the driveway.

Clients choose, you keep control

Suggest options with photos and prices, let clients compare and add their own finds, and require confirmation. Their choices arrive as clean decisions with notes — not a text-message archaeology project.

Questions builders ask

Do clients see allowance overages?

Yes — live, as they compare options. Overages become informed decisions, and confirmed picks are recorded.

Can clients propose their own products?

They can add items they found for your review, alongside your suggested options.

What happens after they confirm?

The decision lands on the job with price and vendor — visible to the office and reflected in the client's financial summary.
