Two things that help us help you faster
If you're already a customer, name your instance. Every company runs on its own separate system, so "the schedule looks wrong" is a different investigation on your instance than on anyone else's. The hostname in your browser's address bar is all we need.
If something is broken, tell us what you did. The screen you were on, what you clicked, what you expected, what happened instead. A screenshot beats a paragraph. We can read your instance's error log once we know where to look.

Questions about your data
Where it lives and how it's protected is written out on the security page. Who else touches it is listed, by name and purpose, in subprocessors. What we do and don't do with it is the privacy policy.
Found a security problem?
Report it to the same address, and please include which instance it affects. Our machine-readable contact record is at /.well-known/security.txt, per RFC 9116.
We would much rather hear it from you than read about it later.

What we can't do by email
We don't sign in to your instance unless you open a support window for us. You open it from your Settings screen — you choose the reason and a time limit, it expires by itself, and every sign-in we make through it is written into your own activity feed. If we need to get in to help you, we'll ask, and you can revoke it in one tap.
Two things we'd rather you hear from us. Until you replace the starting password you were given, we know it — replace it under Settings → Users & Security when you first sign in. And like any host, our infrastructure administrators could technically reach the server your instance runs on.
