Questions about SelfConstruct for property maintenance work
Is there a property maintenance version of SelfConstruct?
Not as a separate product. Sillwarden Property Services opens with the business type “Property maintenance (work orders for managers, landlords, HOAs)”, so its menus are set for that trade. In a customer's company today, the menus are the same whatever the trade.
Can a property maintenance job be fixed price or time and materials?
Both are in the demo: Sillwarden Property Services's “Unit 108 make-ready, Elkmere Flats” is a fixed-price job, and “WO 4471, Unit 214 leak, Elkmere Flats” is billed time and materials.
Does SelfConstruct have “Multi-task service visits and not-to-exceed approvals” for property maintenance companies yet?
Not yet. It is on the list the demo's welcome card shows under “Not available yet for your trade”.
