What a land lead actually is

Someone just bought land in your county. That ownership change appears in the county's public parcel records, our daily scan catches it, and it's scored on build-intent signals: vacant ground, buildable acreage, an out-of-state buyer who'll need a local builder, a private individual rather than an LLC. Fresh matters — you're reaching them before they've picked a builder, often before they've talked to one. And where your county publishes them, the scan also watches the other pre-build signals: tax-delinquent vacant parcels, demolition permits, and zoning applications.

What your plan already includes

Every tier includes lead credits on signup — a one-time grant of 10 on Builder, 25 on Pro, or 100 on Scale. Once those are spent, lead packs are how you add more — and unlike AI credits, lead credits never expire; they carry until you use them. Every new find always shows its score, acreage, and general area for free, so you can judge the quality of what the scan is catching before spending anything. Your plan covers one county; builders working a wider territory can add more counties as a flat add-on — each added county gets its own daily scan and shares your credits.

What unlocking gets you

One credit reveals a lead in full: the owner's name and mailing address straight from the county record, plus the parcel details. You choose which ones to unlock — mail the 95-scores, skip the LLC land-bankers. Credits never expire.
